چکیده

Purpose The study consists of a literature and case study. need for method via which to handle instruction complexity was identified in both studies. proposed developed based on methods from the experience company. Design/methodology/approach purpose presented this paper is investigate how linking different maintenance domains modular architecture can help reduce instructions. Findings combines knowledge operational physical number task variants. In study, modules reduced 224 20, covering 83% performed emergency shutdown valves. Originality/value showed that other within body mainly focus development instructions, without reduction non-value-adding variation observed product literature.
